By participating in Project90 and BYOB, accessing its workout, nutrition, fitness education, AI-generated plans, tracking tools or community features, you acknowledge that physical exercise, dietary changes and lifestyle changes involve inherent risks. You agree to read and understand the following Health & Safety Terms before participating.
1. General Health & Safety
Project90 is a structured 90-day fitness and lifestyle program intended to help participants improve fitness, physical activity, nutrition habits and general wellbeing.
Project90 provides general fitness and educational information and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice.
You are responsible for determining whether participation in any exercise, nutrition or lifestyle activity is appropriate for you.
If you have any medical condition, injury, physical limitation or other health concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning or continuing the program.
2. Medical Conditions
You must disclose any known medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise, change your diet or participate safely in the program.
Medical conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Heart or cardiovascular conditions
- High or low blood pressure
- Diabetes or blood-sugar disorders
- Asthma or respiratory conditions
- Joint, bone or muscular conditions
- Neurological conditions
- Kidney or liver conditions
- Eating disorders
- Pregnancy or postpartum conditions

- Any other condition that may affect exercise or dietary safety
Project90 does not diagnose, treat or manage medical conditions.
If your health status changes after completing the assessment, you must reassess whether participation remains appropriate and seek professional medical advice where necessary.
3. Injuries and Physical Limitations
You must disclose any current injury, chronic pain, mobility limitation, physical restriction or previous injury that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Project90-generated exercise recommendations are based on the information you provide and cannot replace an individual assessment by a qualified physiotherapist, sports medicine professional, doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional.
Do not perform an exercise that causes significant pain, unusual discomfort, dizziness, chest pain, breathing difficulty or any other concerning symptom.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if necessary.
4. Exercise Risks
You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Muscle soreness
- Fatigue
- Strains and sprains
- Falls
- Joint or muscle injuries
- Back or neck injuries
- Cardiovascular events
- Dizziness or fainting
- Dehydration
- Heat-related illness
- Other unforeseen injuries or health complications
These risks may exist even when exercises are performed correctly.
You are responsible for exercising within your own physical capabilities and using appropriate technique, equipment, surroundings and safety precautions.
5. Exercise Technique and Equipment
Before performing any exercise, you should understand the correct technique and ensure that:
- Equipment is suitable and functioning properly.
- Your training environment is safe.
- Adequate space is available.
- Appropriate footwear and clothing are used.
- Weights and resistance levels are appropriate for your current ability.
- You use a spotter or appropriate safety equipment where reasonably necessary.
Do not attempt an exercise, movement or load that exceeds your current capability.
If you are unsure about exercise technique or safety, seek guidance from a qualified fitness professional.
6. Warm-Up and Recovery
Participants are encouraged to appropriately warm up before exercise and allow adequate recovery between training sessions.
Recovery requirements may vary according to age, fitness level, training experience, workload, sleep, nutrition, stress and other individual factors.
Do not assume that completing a prescribed or recommended workout means that you should continue exercising when your body is indicating that you need to stop.
7. Warning Signs During Exercise
You should immediately stop exercising if you experience symptoms such as:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe shortness of breath
- Fainting or near-fainting
- Severe dizziness
- Unusual or sudden weakness
- Loss of coordination
- Severe or unusual pain
- Abnormal heartbeat or palpitations
- Sudden vision or neurological changes
- Any other serious or concerning symptom
Seek appropriate emergency or medical assistance when required.
Project90 is not an emergency medical service.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.
8. Nutrition and Diet Plans
Project90 may provide general dietary guidance or AI-generated diet recommendations based on information provided by the participant.
Such recommendations are intended for general educational and fitness purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Individual nutritional requirements can vary significantly based on health status, medications, allergies, intolerances, age, sex, activity level, body composition, lifestyle and other factors.
You should consult a qualified registered dietitian, nutrition professional, doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional when individualized medical nutrition advice is required.
9. Food Allergies and Intolerances
You are responsible for accurately disclosing all known:
- Food allergies
- Food intolerances
- Dietary restrictions
- Medical dietary requirements
- Foods that must be avoided
Project90 cannot guarantee that a recommendation, ingredient, recipe, meal, supplement, packaged food or restaurant meal will be free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Project90 does not guarantee that an AI-generated recommendation will produce a particular result.
13. Individual Differences
Results from Project90 vary from person to person.

Project90 does not guarantee a particular amount of weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain or change in body composition during the 90-day program.
Rapid or extreme weight-loss practices are not encouraged.
Participants should pursue realistic and sustainable changes appropriate to their individual circumstances.
If you experience unexpected, rapid, or concerning changes in weight, appetite, energy or health, seek appropriate professional advice.
15. Exercise During Pregnancy or Postpartum
Pregnant or recently postpartum participants should consult their qualified healthcare professional before participating in exercise or making significant dietary changes.
Exercise and nutritional requirements during pregnancy and postpartum can vary considerably.
Project90 recommendations should not be used as a substitute for individualized medical or prenatal/postnatal guidance.
16. Children and Minors
Project90 is intended for adults unless expressly stated otherwise.
Minors should not participate without appropriate parental/guardian involvement and professional guidance where required.
17. Participant Responsibility
By participating in Project90, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information during the assessment.
- Update your information when your health or circumstances change.
- Follow exercise instructions responsibly.
- Exercise within your own capabilities.
- Use appropriate equipment and surroundings.
- Follow applicable safety instructions.
- Stop exercising when necessary.
- Seek professional advice when appropriate.
- Not rely on Project90 as an emergency medical service.
- Not use Project90 to self-diagnose or self-treat medical conditions.
18. No Guarantee of Safety or Results
Although Project90 is designed to provide structured fitness and lifestyle guidance, no exercise or dietary program can eliminate all risks.
Project90 does not guarantee:
- Injury-free participation
- Medical safety for every participant
- Specific physical results
- Specific weight loss
- Specific muscle gain
- Specific body-fat reduction
- Specific athletic performance improvements
- Specific health outcomes
19. Third-Party Professionals and Services
Where Project90 references or facilitates access to trainers, coaches, healthcare professionals, nutrition professionals, products, services, gyms, applications or other third parties, those third parties may operate independently.
Participants are responsible for evaluating the qualifications and suitability of any third-party professional or service.
Project90 is not responsible for advice or services independently provided by third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
20. Privacy and Health Information
Information provided through the Project90 assessment may include personal information relating to fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, health, injuries and physical measurements.
Such information should be provided accurately and will be handled in accordance with Project90’s applicable Privacy Policy.
Participants should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information is collected, used, stored and processed.
21. No Medical Emergency Support
Project90 does not provide:
- Emergency medical assistance
- Diagnosis
- Medical treatment
- Emergency monitoring
- Individual medical supervision
If you experience a medical emergency, stop using Project90 and contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical assistance.
22. Right to Stop Participation
You may stop participating in Project90 at any time.
Project90 may also recommend that a participant stop or modify participation where safety concerns become apparent.
If you experience persistent pain, illness, injury or other concerning symptoms, seek appropriate professional medical advice before resuming exercise.
23. Acceptance of Health & Safety Terms
By checking the “I Agree With All Health & Safety T&Cs” checkbox and continuing with the Project90 assessment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Health & Safety Terms.
- You understand that exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risks.
- You have provided accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand that Project90 is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- You will seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.
- You will exercise within your own capabilities.
- You will stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms.
- You voluntarily choose to participate in Project90 & BYOB.
