These Terms govern use of the Project90 website, platform, challenge, coaching services, digital content and related services. By registering for or using Project90, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Project90
Project90 is a structured fitness and lifestyle challenge that may include training programs, nutrition frameworks, educational material, live coaching, community interaction, progress tracking, transformation submissions, competitions and prizes.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Project90 may suspend or terminate participation for false information, unauthorized access, cheating, manipulation, abuse or misuse.
3. Fitness and Medical Disclaimer
Project90 provides fitness and educational information and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise or nutrition program if you have a medical condition, injury, take medication, are pregnant, or have other health concerns.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention for concerning symptoms such as severe pain, dizziness, fainting, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath or other potentially serious symptoms.
4. Nutrition and Results
Nutrition information is for general educational and fitness purposes. Project90 does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, fat loss, specific body composition, strength, appearance, transformation or any particular health outcome.
5. Challenge Rules and Prizes
Participants must follow applicable challenge rules, deadlines, submission requirements, voting/judging procedures and prize eligibility requirements. Fraudulent, manipulated or misleading submissions may result in disqualification.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through applicable payment providers. Completed purchases are governed by the Project90 Refund Policy and are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Project90 videos, programs, written content, graphics, images, branding, logos, PDFs, educational materials, coaching frameworks, website design, software and challenge materials are owned by or licensed to Project90. Paid access is personal and non-transferable. Copying, resale, redistribution, public uploading, repackaging or account sharing is prohibited without authorization.
8. User Content and Community Conduct
You must have the right to submit any content you provide. Harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, bullying, spam, fraud, deliberate disruption, unauthorized promotion, privacy violations and manipulation of challenge results may result in suspension or removal.
9. Third-Party Services and Availability
Project90 may use third-party payment, video, communication, hosting, analytics and other services. Project90 cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and may experience maintenance, outages or technical interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Project90 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Use of Project90 is also governed by the Project90 Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
Project90 may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other legal rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or authorities.
