CLUB90
Community Guidelines
Respect every journey. Share honestly. Grow together.
Welcome to CLUB90, the Project90 community for health, fitness, and everyday progress. Whether you are starting your first workout, returning after a break, or building on years of experience, you belong here.
Our goal is to create a supportive space where people can ask questions, share experiences, learn, and build consistent habits without judgment.
These guidelines apply to profiles, posts, photos, comments, replies, and all interactions within CLUB90.
1. Respect every member
Treat people with dignity, regardless of their body size, appearance, fitness level, age, gender, background, religion, disability, or experience.
No body shaming, bullying, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual remarks, or personal attacks.
Do not ridicule beginners, basic questions, exercise choices, or someone’s pace of progress.
Respect boundaries. Unwanted attention and repeated contact after someone asks you to stop are not acceptable.
Encourage effort. Never make someone feel small for starting.
2. Keep posts relevant and useful
You are welcome to share workouts, fitness questions, meals and recipes, progress updates, setbacks, recovery experiences, healthy habits, motivation, and appropriate fitness humour.
Choose the most suitable available category.
Add context so others can understand your post.
Use clear captions rather than misleading headlines.
Avoid unrelated arguments, political campaigning, religious disputes, and content intended to provoke hostility.
Small wins count. Completing a walk, returning after a break, or improving consistency is worth sharing.
3. Share progress honestly
Post your own experience and represent results accurately.
Give truthful timelines and explain relevant context when sharing transformations.
Do not use someone else’s photos, fabricated results, or edited images to claim progress you did not make.
Disclose filters, AI generation, or significant editing when they could mislead people about physique or results.
Do not present one person’s outcome as a guaranteed result for everyone.
4. Share advice responsibly
Personal experience is welcome, but it should be clearly described as personal experience.
Do not diagnose another member or instruct them to start, stop, or change medication.
Do not claim that a diet, supplement, exercise, or product cures a medical condition without reliable evidence.
When presenting a health or fitness claim as fact, provide a credible source where possible and acknowledge uncertainty.
Do not encourage members to ignore qualified medical advice or change an individual plan solely because of a public comment.
Do not present AI-generated answers as verified expert advice.
Community discussions are for general education and support. Individual medical concerns should be discussed with an appropriately qualified professional.
5. Put wellbeing before appearance
Do not promote starvation, purging, deliberate dehydration, dangerous challenges, or exercising through injury.
Do not glorify eating disorders, self-harm, or extreme weight changes.
Do not pressure members to train harder, eat less, or change their bodies to gain acceptance.
Do not sell or provide instructions for misusing steroids, prescription medicines, or other substances.
Discussions about these subjects must remain educational and respectful.
Support people through difficult experiences without judging them or trying to diagnose them.
6. Keep photos appropriate and consensual
Workout photos, meal photos, and respectful progress photos are welcome.
Wear appropriate workout clothing or swimwear in physique and progress photos.
No nudity, sexually explicit content, sexual solicitation, or graphic injury images.
Obtain permission before posting identifiable photos or videos of other people, including people in the background.
Be especially careful with children’s images and personal information; do not post them without appropriate parent or guardian permission.
Do not sexualise, mock, or objectify anyone appearing in a photo.
7. Protect privacy
CLUB90 is a public community. Only share information you are comfortable making public.
Do not post passwords, OTPs, payment details, identity documents, home addresses, or other sensitive information.
Never expose another member’s phone number, private messages, health information, or personal details without permission.
Remove identifying details from screenshots before posting.
Do not copy or share another member’s photos or personal story outside CLUB90 without their permission.
Do not assume that private assessment details or competition submissions are public community content.
8. No spam, scams, or unauthorised promotion
Do not repeatedly post the same content, flood comments, or use misleading links.
No scams, fake giveaways, phishing, recruitment schemes, or requests for OTPs or account access.
Obtain Team Project90’s approval before advertising coaching, products, services, referral links, affiliate offers, or paid groups.
An honest product discussion is allowed; disclose sponsorships, gifts, commissions, or other commercial interests.
Do not use member contact information to send unsolicited sales messages.
9. Use an honest identity
Do not impersonate another member, a coach, an administrator, or Team Project90.
Do not make false claims about qualifications or professional credentials.
Do not create deceptive accounts to manipulate engagement, evade restrictions, or harass members.
A community post or account does not represent Project90’s official position unless Team Project90 identifies it as official.
10. Respect ownership of content
Share content you created or have permission to use. Credit creators when appropriate; credit alone does not replace permission.
Do not distribute pirated programmes, paid course material, or private coaching resources without authorisation.
11. Disagree constructively
Different views are welcome. Challenge an idea with reasons and evidence while remaining respectful toward the person sharing it.
Give feedback kindly and ask before offering detailed criticism of someone’s body or progress.
No abusive pile-ons, public humiliation, or repeated targeting.
Do not turn personal disputes into community arguments.
Honest feedback about Project90 is welcome when shared respectfully and without exposing private information.
12. Keep competition participation fair
If you participate in BYOB or another Project90 competition, follow its separate rules and submission requirements.
Do not falsify progress, steal transformation photos, manipulate votes, or arrange fake engagement.
Do not spam posts or comments to inflate participation scores.
Do not pressure, bribe, or threaten members for votes or support.
Posting a photo on CLUB90 does not replace a required competition submission.
Community participation does not automatically guarantee points, selection, awards, or prizes; the applicable competition rules govern these.
13. Report concerns responsibly
Use the available report/flag option for content that may violate these guidelines. You can also block a member to manage unwanted interactions.
For concerns that need further help, contact Team Project90 through the official support channel shown in the app or website. Include enough context for review without reposting harmful content publicly.
Do not organise mass reporting or submit false reports to silence disagreement.
If there is an immediate threat to someone’s safety, seek appropriate emergency help; community moderation is not an emergency service.
14. Moderation and review
Team Project90 may remove content, issue warnings, restrict participation, temporarily suspend access, or remove an account from CLUB90 depending on the severity, context, and frequency of violations. Serious violations may lead to immediate action without a prior warning.
Moderation applies to everyone, including coaches and administrators. Where appropriate, members will be informed of the reason for action.
If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact Team Project90 through official support and request a review with relevant context. Do not create another account to bypass a restriction.
Community moderation and competition eligibility are separate matters. Any effect on competition participation will be assessed under the applicable competition rules.
15. Help build the community
Welcome new members. Answer questions when you can. Celebrate effort as well as outcomes. Share what helped you, acknowledge what you are still learning, and make room for different journeys.
By participating in CLUB90, you agree to follow these guidelines. Team Project90 may update them as the community grows, with changes made available through official channels.
Your best contribution is a post or comment that helps someone feel informed, supported, or ready to take their next step.
