Official Competition Rules
1. About the Competition
The Project90 Consistency Award is an optional competition designed to reward participants who consistently engage with their Project90 journey throughout the competition period.
The objective is not simply to spend time inside the app. The competition rewards genuine, consistent participation in workouts, nutrition, check-ins, community activities and Project90 educational activities.
Participation is completely optional. Users who do not wish to compete may continue using Project90’s main content normally without participating in the competition.
The Project90 Consistency Award is sponsored and administered solely by Project90. Apple is not a sponsor of, involved in, or responsible for this competition in any manner.
2. Who Can Participate
- Only eligible active Project90 participants can enter the competition.
- Participation must be completed before the competition joining deadline displayed on the Project90 dashboard.
- Users must accept these Competition Rules before joining.
- A participant may leave the competition before the joining deadline.
- Once the joining deadline has passed, a participant who has left the competition cannot re-enter the competition.
- Leaving the competition does not delete or affect the participant’s normal Project90 account, progress, plans, adherence data or other Project90 features.
3. How the Competition Works
Participants are ranked according to their Competition Score out of 100.
The Competition Score is based on meaningful Project90 activity during the competition period.
The maximum daily activity contribution is:

The system records qualifying activity automatically wherever possible.
Participants are not required to perform every activity every day. The scoring system is intended to reward consistent engagement rather than force participants to use every feature.
Your normal Project90 Adherence Score and your Competition Score are separate. Participation in the competition does not change your normal Project90 adherence/progress.
4. Genuine Activity & Verification
Project90 does not rely solely on a participant typing “Yes” or manually claiming that an activity was completed.
Where technically possible, activities are verified through actual actions recorded within the Project90 system.
Examples include:
- Workout completion through the workout/training log.
- Nutrition activity through the Project90 nutrition/adherence system.
- Check-ins through actual submitted check-ins.
- Community participation through genuine community activity.
- Questions/challenges through actual submissions.
- Exercise/education activity through qualifying interaction with Project90 educational content.
- Live coaching participation or qualifying recorded-session viewing where applicable.
Project90 may use system records, timestamps and other available activity information to determine whether an activity qualifies.
5. No Gaming the Competition
The competition is intended to reward real consistency, not artificial app activity.
The following may result in activity being rejected or a participant being disqualified:
- Entering false information solely to obtain competition points.
- Repeatedly manipulating or abusing app functionality to generate activity.
- Creating artificial or duplicate accounts.
- Using automated methods, scripts or other methods to manipulate competition activity.
- Deliberately exploiting a technical issue to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Any other behaviour that Project90 reasonably determines is intended to manipulate the competition.
Project90 may review activity where unusual or suspicious patterns are detected.
6. Competition Ranking
Participants are ranked according to their Competition Score.
The dashboard displays the Top 20 competition participants.
A participant’s personal My Rank may also be displayed even when that participant is outside the Top 20.
The leaderboard may change throughout the competition as participants accumulate qualifying activity.
7. What Happens if Participants Have the Same Score?
This is particularly important for a cash competition.
If two or more participants have the same Competition Score, ranking will be determined using the following tie-breakers, in order:
Tie-breaker 1 — Higher consistency
The participant with the stronger overall consistency of qualifying activity will rank higher.
Tie-breaker 2 — Number of qualifying active days
If still tied, the participant with more days containing qualifying competition activity will rank higher.
Tie-breaker 3 — Earlier achievement
If the participants remain tied, the participant who reached the tied score earlier will rank higher.
Final determination
If a tie remains after all applicable system tie-breakers, Project90’s competition administrator will make the final determination based on the recorded competition activity and verification data.
The same prize will not automatically be duplicated simply because multiple participants have the same displayed score.
8. Prize
The competition carries the prize advertised by Project90 for the Consistency Award.
The prize will be awarded to the participant who finishes in the eligible winning position after the competition closes and any required verification has been completed.
Prize eligibility is subject to these Competition Rules and successful verification of the winning participant’s account and activity.
9. Final Verification
At the end of the competition, Project90 may conduct a final review of the winning participant’s activity.
The displayed leaderboard position is therefore provisional until final verification is complete.
If the highest-ranked participant is found to have violated the rules or generated qualifying activity through dishonest manipulation, Project90 may disqualify that participant and award the prize to the next eligible participant.
10. Competition Closing
Competition participation and scoring will end on 31st December 11:59 Pm.
After the competition closes:
- No new competition activity will be counted.
- The final leaderboard will be determined from eligible recorded activity.
- Project90 may complete a verification process before announcing the final winner.
- The final verified result will be considered the official competition result.
11. Technical Issues
Project90 will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate competition records.
If a technical issue temporarily prevents an activity from being recorded, participants should report the issue to Project90 as soon as reasonably possible.
Project90 will review technical disputes using available system records.
Project90 cannot guarantee that activity performed outside the Project90 system will qualify for competition points.
12. Optional Participation
The Consistency Award is completely optional.
Choosing not to participate:
- does not reduce the participant’s normal Project90 benefits;
- does not affect their normal Project90 adherence/progress;
- does not prevent them from using workouts, nutrition, check-ins, community or other Project90 features;
- does not create any penalty.
The competition exists only for participants who choose to compete for the award.
13. Final Authority
Project90 reserves the right to:
- verify competition activity;
- reject invalid or manipulated activity;
- disqualify participants who violate these rules;
- correct leaderboard errors;
- resolve disputes using available system records;
- make reasonable changes required to address technical or operational issues.
Any material change to the competition rules or prize structure will be communicated to participants.
