Health & Safety
Terms & Conditions

Before performing any exercise, you should understand the correct technique and ensure that:

  • Equipment is suitable and functioning properly.
  • Your training environment is safe.
  • Adequate space is available.
  • Appropriate footwear and clothing are used.
  • Weights and resistance levels are appropriate for your current ability.
  • You use a spotter or appropriate safety equipment where reasonably necessary.

Do not attempt an exercise, movement or load that exceeds your current capability.

If you are unsure about exercise technique or safety, seek guidance from a qualified fitness professional.

6. Warm-Up and Recovery

Participants are encouraged to appropriately warm up before exercise and allow adequate recovery between training sessions.

Recovery requirements may vary according to age, fitness level, training experience, workload, sleep, nutrition, stress and other individual factors.

Do not assume that completing a prescribed or recommended workout means that you should continue exercising when your body is indicating that you need to stop.

7. Warning Signs During Exercise

You should immediately stop exercising if you experience symptoms such as:

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • Fainting or near-fainting
  • Severe dizziness
  • Unusual or sudden weakness
  • Loss of coordination
  • Severe or unusual pain
  • Abnormal heartbeat or palpitations
  • Sudden vision or neurological changes
  • Any other serious or concerning symptom

Seek appropriate emergency or medical assistance when required.

Project90 is not an emergency medical service.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

8. Nutrition and Diet Plans

Project90 may provide general dietary guidance or AI-generated diet recommendations based on information provided by the participant.

Such recommendations are intended for general educational and fitness purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual nutritional requirements can vary significantly based on health status, medications, allergies, intolerances, age, sex, activity level, body composition, lifestyle and other factors.

You should consult a qualified registered dietitian, nutrition professional, doctor or other appropriate healthcare professional when individualized medical nutrition advice is required.

9. Food Allergies and Intolerances

You are responsible for accurately disclosing all known:

  • Food allergies
  • Food intolerances
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Medical dietary requirements
  • Foods that must be avoided

Project90 cannot guarantee that a recommendation, ingredient, recipe, meal, supplement, packaged food or restaurant meal will be free from allergens or cross-contamination.

Always check food labels and ingredient information before consuming a product.

If you have a serious or potentially life-threatening allergy, you should rely on appropriate medical and allergen-management guidance rather than solely on Project90 recommendations.

10. Dietary Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your current diet, eating habits, food preferences, restrictions and other information requested during the Project90 assessment.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in recommendations that are unsuitable for your circumstances.

Project90 does not guarantee that any dietary recommendation will be suitable for every individual.

Project90 may provide general educational information regarding nutritional supplements.

Supplement information does not constitute medical advice or a prescription.

You are responsible for checking:

  • Ingredients

  • Product quality
  • Suitability for your individual circumstances

If you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding or have any other relevant health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before taking supplements.

Project90 does not guarantee the safety, effectiveness, purity, quality or suitability of any third-party supplement or product.

12. AI-Generated Recommendations

Project90 may use artificial intelligence to generate or assist with workout plans, diet plans, recommendations, educational information or other content.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or recommendations that are not appropriate for every individual.

AI recommendations should therefore be treated as general guidance and educational assistance, not professional medical advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and determining whether they are appropriate and safe for you.

Rapid or extreme weight-loss practices are not encouraged.
