Happy Dhanteras , stay consistent
Happy to join 90 point club on consistency leaderboard on this auspicious day of Dhanteras , hoping to take the prize pool laxmi in my account 😉 . This consistency points have made me realise that how less few misses matter if you just stay consistent again , earlier used to drop the whole schedule after few missed routines.

Nice .... 1st prize booked 💯😁
Need of gif
to understand correct body and posture form and grip because the text is not enough .....I am studying the knowledge videos but many might not so it becomes necessary to simply tell them in a few seconds of gif that where should you feel the stress and angle of push or pull with type of grip and what all things should be braced up while doing the movement .

Adding GIFs for hundreds of exercises are not an easy task mate. We are working on it but it will take time as we don't want to add a half baked product

@Coach yes sir glad to know you are on it , definitely take your time , just a suggestion
Gym pic..
....
Keep going bro!

@AthulPrakash KB tq 😊
I unable to submit workout task as well
Please resolve the issue sir

?
Facing issues for submitting today's task
I unable to submit today's workout and diet task.

Because no new approved plan for this week has been generated to you as you haven't responded to a question asked regarding your plans on whatsapp

I thought I was supposed to submit my answer here, so I posted it. I wasn't aware that it had to be shared on WhatsApp. 😊
Live session..
Dear coach,
Will this week any live session scheduled?

Yes, announcement today
What type of system is this??
Guys I check in regularly submit pictures do everything suggested within the give period still my points gets deducted, why is it so??
Yesterday it was 71 now it's 68 ,what elwent wrong??
And how come others points are increasing so fast that they reached 90 and still no single point is dropped
Is the winner already decided??
I'm little too curious
We all doing hard work thinking it's genuine but now i have started doubting this
Pls clarify this

You are continuously missing Club90 activities and Education videos, while the top candidates are doing all activities everyday. It will be great if you read Consistency Award rules and then follow them properly to increase your score:- https://project90.fit/consistency-award-rules/

@Coach i understand what you're saying sir but why my points are decreasing when from past few days I have been consistent like yesterday it was 71 now it dropped
I just want to know why points gets dropped so that I can fix it

@Coach because you missed club90 and exercise videos mate. Every weekend our system runs a full week check and decrease/increase score as per weekly activity

Okay sir thank you
Not complaining was just curious
Sorry if I was rude

@Sidhant Chhetri no issue
To maintain proper diet issue
The main challenge I face is maintaining my diet consistently because I go to the office, and sometimes I get home late in the evening. Due to my work schedule, I occasionally miss my meals or am unable to follow the diet plan properly.
However, I am regular with my workouts and maintain consistency in the gym. The only area where I experience some ups and downs is my diet. I would appreciate a more flexible and practical diet plan that I can easily manage alongside my office routine.

Participants are advised to mention thier diet/workout preferences in weekly check-ins. For now you can message our team on WhatsApp
Do a meal prep bro it will make it much easier.. for example : i cook chicken and store it in containers in refrigerator for 4days according to my portions
You can do similarly with your food
By this method u will only need to spend just 1 to 2 hours once every 4 days.
I hope this helps
About my shoulder ingury
While I am doing heavy lift like shoulder press and lateral raises I feel discomfort on my joint and feel little pain soo i am doing little weight but soon I will start doing like I was doing and also I am seeing lot of thinks online about movement and every one have different point of view and one think I like soo much about this project that we all are doing your best to get the most important think about our self is right way to do exercise ...... And I hope every is doing good and doing risk free exercise(NO EGO LIFT ) 😊.......

I would like to advise you to see a physiotherapist

Thanks sir
Consistency is the Key

Roti/chawal v/s fat loss
Dear coach and seniors
I have doubt .
Does roti or chawal makes difficult to fat loss.?
Or
A person who want to lose weight and fat.. has need to avoid them?
Bro it doesnt matter what food you actually eat, at the end of the day all that matters is being on a calorie deficit to be on fat loss.
These are sources of carbs, So what i do is i swap these on each day
For example : if i ate 4 chapati today overall, ill eat equivalent rice quantity the next day
Body only understand 'carbohydrates' it wont know if it came from rice or chapati or whatever
I hope you understood
@AthulPrakash KB understood.. thank u

Wanna understand from coach and other seniors
What does it mean when in normal, stomach looks like balloon, but when squeeze it totally gets flat... why does it happens.. and what type of fat is this.. subcutaneous,??
Even when I was on my desired weight before 2 years.. it was still not flat until I squeeze.
Please clear...
Thanks

Does your stomach look relatively flatter in the morning and become more prominent after meals or does it look the same throughout the day?

@Coach Yes my stomach looks relatively flatter in morning until I eat
@Coach flatter in the morning.. and whenever squeeze my stomach (like saans andar kheench k rakhna,) it becomes flat. Rest time baloon type
@Coach please answer my query
Our posture also has a huge role in pushing out our bellys even though you have less body fat, weak core and glute muscles might be one of the reason and another one might be u might look lean and flat in the morning empty stomach, in the evening u might look fat thats mainly due to contents in your gut and water retention and bloating etc
And if u really wanna know ur exact body fat and visceral fat percent, do a dexa scan in that u can know all the details about ur body's lean muscle mass , body fat etc

Nice bro 👌 ...
forgot to end the tracking of workout
At the end of workout had to leave urgently for something and forgot to end the tracking of workout , leading to approx 8 hrs long workout session logged ....😂what to do
Lol it happened to me as well once, went upto 2hrs tho not 8 hrs 😂

It will be flagged and score can be deducted at the time of final audit

I did my workout just submitted it late , Oh so I should have cancelled the workout and should have faked the workout session .... Some workout session ends fast and some takes time because of distractions

Tandoori Chicken with Spiced Basmati Rice
This high-protein meal features baked Tandoori-style chicken and classic white rice. It is a fantastic option for hitting macronutrient targets and supporting hypertrophy, providing sustained energy without excess fats. The marinade uses extra virgin olive oil and is easily adaptable for sensitive digestion by sticking to ginger and omitting garlic or onion.
50g Basmati white rice (dry weight)
1 tbsp Lactose-free plain yogurt (or standard low-fat yogurt)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (for vibrant color)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Fresh ginger paste
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
Salt to taste
Marinate: Make shallow cuts in the chicken breast. Coat it thoroughly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Rice: Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear. Simmer with roughly 100ml of water until tender and fluffy (about 15 minutes).
Bake or Air-Fry: Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Cook the chicken for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the outside has a slight char.
Serve: Plate the steamed white rice and place the hot, spiced chicken alongside it.
Getting better everyday
Consistency is the key

Let’s talk about ALCOHOL AND IT'S EFFECTS ON FAT LOSS/MUSCLE GAIN.
Like it or not, alcohol is part of our culture and many non-alcoholics would find it extremely disruptive to their quality of life (from a social perspective) to completely abstain from alcohol, but I believe in ADHERENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY.
SO WE SHOULD DISCUSS ABOUT IT TOO.
Let's start with the CALORIES (as I always talk about cals when it comes to weight gain/loss).
Alcohol is nearly as energy-dense
as fat at 7 kcal/gram, so consuming large amounts of it will be
difficult to do while maintaining a caloric deficit. Many people make the mistake of assuming that because HARD ALCOHOL is low carb or carb free, that alcohol is calorie free.
That is definitely not the case, because even a small shot of hard liquor (45 ml) will contain around 80 calories. Further, liquid calories aren’t very filling and alcohol lowers your self consciousness, so you’re more likely to make poor food and life
choices, like going to eat at 3 a.m. and eating a big full plate of nachos, panner tikka with a stack of cold drinks.
And when you get sober other morning you will realize that you have consumed more than 1000 kcal just in a fraction of time.
In general, small or modest amounts of alcohol are not going to have a negative impact on BODY COMPOSITION, as long as you account for the CALORIES in whatever alcoholic beverage you consume and how much you eat with that. In fact, alcohol has a greater TEF (Thermogenic Effect of Food)than carbohydrate or fat(which is actually not too much high but it's higher to some degree) which means on a per calorie basis it may actually be SLIGHTLY ADVANTAGEOUS from a pure energetics
standpoint.
HOWEVER, CONSUMING LARGE AMOUNTS OF ALCOHOL HAS BEEN DEMONSTRATED TO INHIBIT PROTEIN
SYNTHESIS AND FAT OXIDATION.
Additionally, high intakes of alcohol can SUPPRESS TESTOSTERONE but low doses of alcohol may actually INCREASE
TESTOSTERONE SLIGHTLY. No negative effects of alcohol were observed up to the equivalent of three to four drinks. In fact, the increase of testosterone was seen at just three drinks.
Keep IN MIND THAT THIS INCREASE IN TESTOSTERONE IS SMALL AND IT WILL HAVE ZERO LONG-TERM EFFECT ON MUSCLEMASS BUT CONSUMING LARGE AMOUNTS WILL DROP TESTOSTERONE TO A LARGER EXTENT AND WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER PROTEIN SYNTHESIS( MUSCLE GAIN).
And as i said alcohol is very CALORIE DENSE (7 kcal per gram) and not satiety, means you will consume a huge amount of calories and will not even realise.
SO FOR THE FINAL WORDS, I'D RECOMMEND CONSUMING THE LEAST AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL YOU CAN WHILE STILL MAINTAINING WHAT YOU FEEL IS A REASONABLE LIFESTYLE. F THAT MEANS COMPLETELY ABSTAINING FOR YOU,THEN GREAT. IF IT MEANS A FEW DRINKS A WEEK, FINE.IF IT MEANS A GLASS OF WINE OR BEER EVERY NIGHT, THAT'S OKAY, TOO. JUST MAKE SURE YOUR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ISN'T NEGATIVELY AFFECTING YOUR ABILITY TO GET ENOUGH PROTEIN, FIBER AND OTHER MICRONUTRIENTS.
Do not waste food
Please try to not waste your food. Either at home or at any other places, function, marriage, events, buffet, hotel etc.
You never know someone might be hungry because they can't afford food.
You never know the hardwork of that farmer who grows the food, a seller who is going street to street to sell these vegetable, Your parents who are working for food to feed u.
If u have left your food .do not waste. Try tu reuse . Example : you can use leftover dal in next day to make dal ki roti, if dry vegetable left.make sandwiches, pulao, poha.
If u don't want reuse you can distribute to nearby street peoples who are always waiting for food.
But atleast do not waste food..
Respect your food..
Thanks to read my long post...😊

Absolutely agree
Be honest 😂

@Shyam Kumar singh so what's better than 1 bullet?
Is it 2 bullets?

Yes, I can do that.

@Sai Kumar 💪💪💪

If the craving is high , I just share the plate , like eating only half or small part of it .... Because for me enjoy karte karte banani hai fitness

@Kuldeep Rajpurohit that's a better plan

How to increase deadlift
Deadlift is a great exercise but it comes with lots of risk
I have faced many difficulties in doing deadlift but falied to increase
So anyone of you can help me?

Do practice with light weight and one key point. is to get reps with 70-80 % of your dead PR weight and don't push ur pr daily or weekly push once or twice in a month.

Good advice shyam.
Adding to this,
1. Focus on controlling how you breath (practice **valsalva maneuver)**
**2.** Strength your core muscles group (especially **transverse abdomenius & hip flexors)**

You can try 60% -75% rule don't hit PR daily train yourself at 60% of your PR 3*3 set one day next day rest third day 75% of your PR 3*3set at the week end you try hitting your PR adding weight

Lose just 1.5 kgs.. in this week
My target was 2 kh but fine 😊

Trying to lose 2kg in a week is not a healthy approach.
Our strong emphasis is on targeting max 1% body weight reduction of total body weight per week.

@Coach ok sir I will keep this in mind..
Meusli
Muesli provides fibre, while milk adds protein and calcium. Nuts and seeds provide healthy fats, minerals and some protein. Kishmish and jaggery add natural sweetness.
2 cups milk
1 tsp jaggery powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
6–8 almonds, chopped
4–5 cashews, chopped
1 tbsp kishmish (raisins)
Add milk and mix well.
Add chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
Add chopped almonds, cashews and kishmish.
Add jaggery powder and mix everything well.
Let it rest for 5 minutes so the muesli and seeds can soak up some milk.
Your homemade muesli is ready to eat!

I start & complete my workout daily.but why nit counting this apps

Poha
Poha gives energy and is easy to prepare. Peanuts, almonds and cashews add healthy fats and some protein, while tomato and capsicum add flavour and nutrients.
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp peanuts
5–6 almonds
4–5 cashews
1 green chilli, chopped (optional)
8–10 curry leaves (optional)

1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
1–2 tbsp oil or ghee
Fresh coriander leaves (optional)
1/2 lemon
Keep it aside for 5 minutes until it becomes soft.
Chop the tomato, capsicum and green chilli.
Keep the peanuts, almonds and cashews ready.
Method
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add peanuts and roast them until crunchy.
Add almonds and cashews. Roast them lightly, then keep the nuts aside.
In the same pan, add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Add curry leaves and green chilli.
Add chopped capsicum and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add tomato, turmeric powder and salt. Cook until the tomato becomes slightly soft.
Add the soaked poha and mix everything gently.
Cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes.
Add the roasted peanuts, almonds and cashews. Mix gently.
Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leaves, if using.
App Feedback & Suggestions
Sanjeev sir, mera ek suggestion tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki app mein adherence point option ki utni need nahi hai, kyunki consistency points already same purpose solve kar rahe hain.
Sath hi, ek aur chota feature kaafi helpful ho sakta hai users ko apni photos, post khud delete karne ka access milna, bajaye P90 team ko report karne ke. Abhi agar post mein koi typo ya spelling mistake ho jaye, toh edit ya delete karna possible nahi hota. Ye ek simple addition hai par user experience ko kaafi improve karega.

Thanks for the suggestions mate
1. Adherence points unke liye hai jinhone Consistency competition join nahi kr rkha.
2. Yes, this could be a usefull feature and I will add it asap

Features updated.
1. Users can edit/delete their posts/comments themselves
2. Bar code scanner added in packaged food (Smart plate)
Stood consistent for 7days out of 90days

I Want to know more about gym equipments that is the first thing I need to keep in mind while setting up new gym ?
Sir plz let me know more about this wat I need to keep in mind while purchasing my gym equipments for ladies gym

The 1st goal is to understand that there is no gender specific equipments are required. In India it's a big myth that women should train differently (a little variation is acceptable where needed). So your 1st goal should be adding more STRENGTH TRAINING EQUIPMENTS and educate your clients why they need them.

@Coach ok sir
You opening unisex gym ? Or single gender gym

@Himanshu Basera only ladies gym
1:3 post workout (carb-protein)
One-third of your post workout meal should be carb
Reason : To restore glycogen
Two-third of your post workout meal should always be protein
Reason : it helps in better insulin response and helps in muscle repair and glycogen storage efficiency

Good tip athul

But this should not be a hard rule for everyone (for example if someone is having 40 gm protein post workout then taking only 20 gm carbs might not be enough for everyone as per their goal and requirements)
@Coach yes coach 💯, The thing is most people tend to skip their carb meals when their goal is fatloss

@Athul right, planning your carbs around workout is a great strategy even on a fat loss diet plan

Following diet difficulties
Living in a joint family , kitchen is always in use when we need and regular family food is not even close to the nutritional level required , though recipe like make whey smoothie shake is easy and doable but creating a whole new thing for yourself when the kitchen is in use is not possible, need to include more recipes which can be prepared without use of kitchen like a shake, because only time when kitchen is free we are at work or late night . Any tips or recommendations how you guys managing ?

I checked your diet personally kuldeep
Your diet has almost same food items which you were already eating (as per your assessment form)
Like roti, milk, khakhra, dal, rice, dhokli , khichdi etc.
We have just adjusted the quantities to make it set in your goal

Wohi na sir ghar pe kuch fix nhi kabhi south indian ban gaya kabhi rajasthani kabhi maharastrian nothing is fixed .....so I was thinking kuch esa plan Karu ke atleast first of day mein maximum nutritional measure cover karlu and last meals ko light rakhu with whatever food is made at home for everyone but for this to happen I can't use the kitchen to make my own different recipe that needs proper cooking and stuff , soaking mixing eating is still doable

1st target: Complete your daily protein requirements then you can cover your carbs and fats by available food sources. We will add a food calories and macros calculator on app very soon so that you can get your alternative foods very easily on daily basis

Fr..

Following diet is difficult but wat if u can manage to have just a balance diet n add protein rich food in your plate being in joint family ask to cook such food which cud b good for all members too basic balance diet food is ok to go I think

Doing workout is easy but eatting getting proper meal at right time is give what we want and I hope we all achieve the goal we set up for us in future ...

A simple and healthy chilla made with moong dal, suji, curd and a few basic ingredients. I made it at home using ghee instead of oil.
½ bowl suji

1 green chilli, chopped
Chopped coriander
½ teaspoon salt
Ghee for cooking
Water as needed
Grind both into a smooth batter.
Add chopped green chilli, coriander and salt. Mix well.
Heat a pan and grease it with ghee.
Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round chilla.
Cook on both sides until golden and properly cooked.

Coach its very difficult to track excerise during workout mind muscle conection nhi bnataa bar bar phone dekhnaa perta hay any solution so workout ache se nhi hota rap count sab fill kerte r
Rh jate haii so any solution for it... ??

You can start workout in app and then complete 1 exercise (all sets of that exercise) and then fill details of that exercise on app. Repeat for next exercises. Tracking your actual workout is important to understand how much progressive overload you actually need as per results

@Coach but bar bar phone uthanaa padhtaa hai na 🥲 after whole workout fill nhi ker skte kya...

@Coach after whole workout kya apko sbhi sets/reps etc yaad rhega properly? We have no issue but it will affect your real progress

@Coach ya rh skta hai hum humare kisi firend ka call ata he to sab btaye he haii na like ki ajj mne ye rep se ite set mare and ye ache se ni kiya ye tredmil ite min keri is type se so..

It's completely your choice @tarun . We have no issue
A day
Insaan ko hamesha kuch na kuch krte rehna chahiye par vo kam achai ke raste par leker jaiye na ki burai ke rasta par

It's time 💪

Sir adherence point ka kya mtlb h

@Sonu Verma adherence points apki overall consistency ko show karta hai. Iska apke kisi bhi competition par koi direct effect nahi h.
Diet recommendation and appetite is very different
120gm protein a day for 64 kg person
..... 1-1.5gm per kg body weight should be enough, also I use plant protein (because of price and dairy avoidance ) and mix it in low fat cow milk so that it's raw chalky texture becomes little smooth to be edible but consuming in water is too difficult for me that too twice is too much , I am already full from pre workout meal for half the day ....I can't eat soo much on full stomach like post workout meal , breakfast then lunch .....I eat lunch at snack time that too low portion ..... Guide me my appetite is less than half of what is recommended to me

1. 1-1.5 gm protein per kb bodyweight is not enough if goal is to achieve the Best.
2. We have given you total calories and macros too so you can adjust your macros if you want to use cow milk instead of water.
3. If your appetite is low then start by completing the protein requirements 1st and then other macros. Build habit consistently. Eating too low is also not good.
And then at next sunday during weekly check-ins you can mention all the issues you faced and plans will be adjusted accordingly.
Day 1
I would say it is a great think we start and in future it will create a great impact on the youth and it give the information which is quite good

Hehe

That's the goal ✌️

Oats Upma with Scrambled Eggs
A clean, high-protein, and nutrient-dense savory lunch. Combining complex carbohydrates and soluble fiber from rolled oats with complete protein and healthy fats from whole eggs and extra virgin olive oil, this meal keeps energy levels stable, supports muscle recovery, and provides high satiety with minimal prep time.
4 Whole eggs
1 tbsp (10–12 ml) Olive oil
4–5 Green chillies, finely chopped
150–200 ml Water
Salt to taste
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 sprig fresh curry leaves
1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp finely diced carrots or green peas (optional)
Toss in the finely diced carrots or green peas and turmeric powder, cooking for another minute. Then, add the rolled oats and dry-roast briefly for 2 minutes.
Pour in the water and season with salt. Cook covered on low-medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the water is absorbed and the oats have a soft, upma-like texture.
In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil, scramble the 4 whole eggs until cooked through, and top your savory oats with the eggs. Serve hot.

Looks manageable to prepare ✌️

Dear coach,

What type of system is this??
Guys I check in regularly submit pictures do everything suggested within the give period still my points gets deducted, why is it so??
Yesterday it was 71 now it's 68 ,what elwent wrong??
And how come others points are increasing so fast that they reached 90 and still no single point is dropped
Is the winner already decided??
I'm little too curious
We all doing hard work thinking it's genuine but now i have started doubting this
Pls clarify this
To maintain proper diet issue
The main challenge I face is maintaining my diet consistently because I go to the office, and sometimes I get home late in the evening. Due to my work schedule, I occasionally miss my meals or am unable to follow the diet plan properly.
However, I am regular with my workouts and maintain consistency in the gym. The only area where I experience some ups and downs is my diet. I would appreciate a more flexible and practical diet plan that I can easily manage alongside my office routine.
Consistency is the Key
