A 90-Day Project90 Transformation Competition

1. About BYOB Season-1

BYOB (Bring Your Own Best) is a 90-day transformation competition conducted by Project90.

The objective of BYOB is to encourage participants to make meaningful improvements in their physique, fitness, nutrition, consistency and lifestyle over 90 days.

BYOB is based on personal transformation. Participants are evaluated on how significantly they improve from their individual starting point rather than simply on their final body weight or appearance.

The competition consists of two main stages:

Stage 1: Project90 selects the Top 20 transformations.

Stage 2: The public votes to determine the Top 3 winners from those 20 finalists.

A separate Consistency Contest is available as an optional competition.

2. Eligibility

To participate in BYOB Season 1:

1. The participant must be 18 years of age or older.

1. The participant must register through the official Project90 platform.

1. The participant must complete the required Project90 assessment.

1. The participant must provide accurate information during registration and assessment.

1. The participant must accept the Project90 Health & Safety Terms & Conditions.

1. The participant must pay the applicable ₹90 registration fee.

1. Each participant must use their own Project90 account and identity.

Project90 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration where information is false, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise violates the competition rules.

3. Registration Fee

The BYOB Season 1 registration fee is:

₹90 per participant

Payment of the registration fee provides eligibility to participate in BYOB Season 1, subject to these Rules & Regulations.

Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee:

- Selection in the Top 20

- Any prize

- Any particular transformation

- Any particular fitness or health result

4. Challenge Duration

BYOB Season 1 is a 90-day transformation challenge.

Competition starts on 11th October 2026 & ends on 08th January 2027 for everyone. Top 20 finalists will be declared on 15th January 2027 and public voting for top 3 will start on 16th January 2027 on Project90 App. Public voting will close on 22nd January 2027 and final top 3 winners along with consistency contest winner will be declared on 25th January after required verifications.

Participants are expected to complete the challenge within the official 90-day period.

5. Starting Assessment

Participants must complete the required Project90 assessment before beginning the challenge.

The assessment may collect information including:

- Personal information

- Age and gender

- Height and weight

- Target weight

- Fitness goals

- Training experience

- Training schedule

- Training environment

- Nutrition and dietary information

- Food allergies and intolerances

- Lifestyle information

- Health and safety information

- Starting body measurements

- Current diet

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Deliberately providing false information may result in disqualification.

6. The BYOB Philosophy

BYOB is not a simple weight-loss competition.

A participant does not need to lose the most kilograms, have the lowest body-fat percentage or achieve the most muscular physique to be considered for the Top 20.

Project90 will consider the participant’s starting condition and overall change during the 90-day challenge.

The goal is to recognize meaningful and impressive transformation.

Your starting point is unique. Your transformation should be judged from where you started.

7. Project90 Fitness & Nutrition Guidance

Participants may receive workout plans, nutrition plans, lifestyle recommendations, educational content, tracking tools or AI-assisted recommendations through Project90.

Such information is provided for general fitness, educational and lifestyle purposes.

Participants must use their own judgment and follow the Project90 Health & Safety Terms & Conditions.

Project90 does not guarantee any particular physical, nutritional, health or fitness result.

8. Stage 1 — Selection of the Top 20

At the end of the 90-day challenge, eligible participants will be evaluated by Project90.

Project90 will select 20 participants demonstrating the strongest overall physical transformations.

The purpose of Stage 1 is to identify the participants whose physiques have undergone the most impressive overall transformation during the challenge.

9. Top 20 Evaluation Criteria

Project90’s evaluation may consider the following factors:

A. Overall Physique Transformation — 50%

This may include:

- Visible fat reduction

- Muscle development

- Improved definition

- Improved body proportions

- Overall physique improvement

- Quality of the visible transformation

B. Transformation Relative to Starting Point — 30%

The participant’s final condition will be considered in relation to their individual starting condition.

A participant will not be disadvantaged simply because they started from a different body type, fitness level, body composition or training background.

C. Transformation Presentation & Evidence — 20%

This may include:

- Clear before-and-after comparison

- Compliance with required photography guidelines

- Consistency of submitted photographs

- Completeness of required transformation information

- Authenticity and quality of transformation evidence

These criteria are intended to provide a consistent framework for Top 20 selection.

Project90 may apply reasonable judgment when evaluating individual transformations.

Weekly check-in is compulsory for every competition participant. Failing to submit weekly check-in will affect consistency score as well as can impact final results for main BYOB competition. No updated diet/workout plans will be provided if weekly check-in is missing. Weekly check-in will open every sunday & monday only.

10. Before & After Photographs

Participants selected for final evaluation may be required to submit standardized transformation photographs.

Required photographs may include:

- Front

- Side

- Back

Participants must follow the official photography instructions provided by Project90.

Where reasonably possible, starting and final photographs should use comparable:

- Clothing

- Camera position

- Camera height

- Distance

- Lighting

- Background/environment

- Body position

Participants must not intentionally manipulate photographs to exaggerate their transformation.

11. Photograph Manipulation Prohibited

The following are prohibited:

- Photoshop or body reshaping

- AI-generated transformation images

- Digital manipulation of body shape

- Filters that materially alter physical appearance

- Editing intended to hide or exaggerate physical changes

- Manipulated before/after photographs

- Submitting photographs belonging to another person

Normal image cropping or basic technical adjustments that do not materially change the participant’s physical appearance may be permitted.

Project90 may request original photographs or additional evidence when necessary.

12. Verification of Finalists

Before officially announcing the Top 20, Project90 may verify finalist submissions.

Verification may include:

- Original photographs

- Additional photographs

- Identity verification

- Starting information

- Final information

- Measurement records

- Other reasonable evidence relating to the transformation

If a participant fails to provide reasonable verification or is found to have submitted fraudulent information, Project90 may remove the participant from the Top 20 and select another eligible finalist.

13. Announcement of the Top 20

After the Stage 1 evaluation and verification process, Project90 will officially announce the 20 BYOB Season 1 Finalists.

Only officially verified finalists will proceed to the final voting stage.

14. Stage 2 — The Final Vote

After the Top 20 are announced, Project90 will create a dedicated BYOB Season 1 Final Voting Page On Official App.

The page will display the transformation photographs of all 20 finalists.

Visitors to the page will be able to view the finalists and vote for the transformation they consider their favourite.

The public decides the Top 3.

The final ranking will be determined by the number of valid verified votes received by each finalist during the official voting period.

15. Voting Period

The final voting period will remain open for:

7 Days

The exact opening and closing dates are mentioned above in section 4.

Voting will automatically close at the mentioned closing date.

Votes submitted after the official closing date will not be counted.

16. Voting Rules

The following rules apply to the final vote:

1. One person can vote for only one finalist.

1. One person can vote only once.

1. Every vote must be verified through mobile OTP verification.

1. One mobile number may be used to submit only one valid vote.

1. A voter cannot change their vote after submitting it.

1. A voter does not need to be a Project90 member unless Project90 specifically states otherwise.

1. Voting is open to eligible members of the public.

1. Votes must be submitted through the official BYOB voting page.

1. Votes submitted after voting closes will not be counted.

17. Vote Fraud & Manipulation

Any attempt to artificially influence the final vote is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Multiple votes using the same mobile number

- Automated or bot voting

- Fake or fraudulent identities

- Fraudulent mobile numbers

- Vote-buying

- Paying people to vote

- Giving money or gifts in exchange for votes

- Vote exchanges or vote-trading schemes

- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities

- Any other method intended to artificially increase a finalist’s vote count

Project90 may investigate suspicious voting activity.

Invalid or fraudulent votes may be removed.

A finalist may be disqualified if there is sufficient evidence of deliberate or significant manipulation connected to their participation.

18. Shared Internet or Devices

Multiple people may legitimately access the voting page from the same:

- Home

- Gym

- Office

- School

- College

- Hostel

- Public network

Sharing an IP address alone does not automatically invalidate a vote.

Project90 may use technical information, including IP or device-related information, as part of its overall fraud-detection process where appropriate.

19. Vote Count During the Voting Period

Project90 may choose not to display live vote counts during the seven-day voting period.

If live vote counts are not displayed, the final results will be based on the verified votes recorded by Project90 after the voting period closes.

20. Final Winner Selection

After voting closes, Project90 will review the voting results and conduct reasonable verification for duplicate, invalid or suspicious votes.

The three finalists receiving the highest number of valid verified votes will become the BYOB Season 1 winners.

Total Main Competition Prize Pool

₹90,000

Final prize money for BYOB competition and consistency contest both will be disbursed to winner’s bank account within 1 week after final result. No amount deduction on final prizes. Income tax may applicable as per individual tax slab as per Government rule. Project90 will credit full prize amount in winner’s bank account. No prize will be credited to any other person’s bank account under any situation. Failing to provide complete bank account details within 1 week of result declaration can cause prize cancelation. No exception in any case. Team project90 will contact every winner personally over whatsapp/email to collect bank account details through official channels.

21. Tie-Breaker

If two or more finalists receive the same number of valid votes for a prize position, the finalist with the higher Stage 1 transformation evaluation will receive the higher position.

If further clarification is required, Project90 may conduct an additional verification or apply another reasonable tie-breaking mechanism announced before the final result.

22. Final Result Verification

The voting result will not be considered final until Project90 has completed its reasonable verification process.

Project90 may:

1. Close voting.

1. Freeze the recorded votes.

1. Review suspicious or duplicate activity.

1. Verify finalist eligibility.

1. Confirm the final ranking.

1. Announce the official winners.

23. Optional Consistency Contest

The BYOB Consistency Contest is completely optional.

Participants may choose to participate in the Consistency Contest separately.

Participation in the Consistency Contest is not required for participation in the main BYOB competition.

A participant who does not participate in the Consistency Contest:

- Can still qualify for the Top 20.

- Can still enter the Final Vote.

- Can still win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place.

- Will not be disadvantaged in the main competition simply for not participating in the Consistency Contest.

24. Consistency Award

The optional Consistency Contest will have a separate:

₹10,000 Consistency Award

The award will be determined according to the official Consistency Contest rules and tracking requirements communicated by Project90.

The Consistency Award is separate from the main BYOB Top 3 competition.

₹10,000 — Consistency Award

Total: ₹1,00,000

25. Sharing & Promotion by Finalists

Finalists may share their official BYOB finalist profile or voting page through their social media, WhatsApp, personal networks or other lawful channels.

Participants may encourage genuine supporters to vote for them.

However, finalists must not:

- Purchase votes

- Pay for votes

- Offer financial rewards for votes

- Offer gifts in exchange for votes

- Participate in fraudulent voting schemes

- Use automated voting services

Promoting your finalist profile is permitted.

Manipulating the voting process is not.

26. Health & Safety

Participants must follow the Project90 Health & Safety Terms & Conditions throughout the challenge.

Participants must not engage in dangerous or extreme practices simply to improve their competition result.

BYOB does not encourage:

- Extreme calorie restriction

- Unsafe dehydration

- Dangerous training practices

- Unsupervised use of drugs or substances for transformation

- Deliberate self-harm

- Any other practice that creates an unreasonable risk to health

No competition result is worth compromising your health.

27. Injuries, Illness & Medical Conditions

Participants who develop an injury, illness, medical condition or other health concern during the challenge should prioritize their health and seek appropriate professional advice.

Participants should not continue exercising against medical advice simply to maintain their competition progress.

Project90 may recommend modification or discontinuation of participation where necessary for safety.

28. No Guaranteed Results

Participation in BYOB does not guarantee:

- Weight loss

- Fat loss

- Muscle gain

- Increased strength

- Improved fitness

- Improved athletic performance

- Any particular physique

- Any particular health outcome

Results vary between individuals.

29. Participant Responsibility

Every participant is responsible for:

- Providing accurate information.

- Following the competition rules.

- Following applicable health and safety guidance.

- Exercising within their own capabilities.

- Submitting required information on time.

- Providing authentic photographs and evidence.

- Protecting their account credentials.

- Participating honestly and fairly.

- Following the official voting rules if they become a finalist.

30. Disqualification

Project90 may disqualify a participant for:

- Providing materially false information.

- Fraudulent transformation evidence.

- Manipulated photographs.

- Identity fraud.

- Multiple-account abuse.

- Voting manipulation.

- Cheating.

- Deliberate exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

- Violation of the BYOB Rules.

- Serious misconduct toward other participants or Project90.

- Any other conduct that materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the competition.

Where appropriate, Project90 may also remove an individual’s votes, finalist status or prize eligibility.

31. Prize Eligibility

A participant must remain eligible under these Rules & Regulations at the time the final results are declared.

If a winner is subsequently found to have violated the rules, Project90 may withdraw the prize and, where appropriate, award the position to the next eligible finalist according to the applicable rules.

32. Technical Issues

Project90 will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the BYOB platform.

However, Project90 cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, voting system, internet services, OTP delivery or third-party services.

Participants should complete required submissions before deadlines and should not wait until the final moments to submit required information.

33. Rule Changes

Project90 may make reasonable amendments to these Rules where necessary for:

- Participant safety

- Fraud prevention

- Technical requirements

- Legal or regulatory requirements

- Clarification of an existing rule

- Fair administration of the competition

Material changes will be communicated through official Project90 channels.

Project90 will not intentionally change the fundamental competition structure after the competition has begun in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants.

34. Project90’s Administrative Authority

Project90 will administer BYOB Season 1 and may make reasonable decisions necessary to maintain the fairness, safety and integrity of the competition.

Project90 may investigate suspected violations and may request additional information or evidence where reasonably necessary.

35. Acceptance of BYOB Rules

By registering for BYOB Season 1, you confirm that:

☐ I understand that Project90 will select the Top 20 based on overall physical transformation.

☐ I understand that the final Top 3 will be determined by verified public voting.

☐ I understand that one person may cast only one vote for one finalist during the seven-day voting period.

☐ I understand that the Consistency Contest is optional and separate from the main BYOB competition.

☐ I agree to follow the Project90 Health & Safety Terms & Conditions.

☐ I understand that violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
